Job Opportunity: Paris Regional Sales Manager

Renowned for supplying buying groups, wholesalers, and furniture stores, the company is also home to a cutting-edge Research & Development (R&D) team that pioneers innovative interior concepts, including several iconic European brands. With a team of over 350 professionals at their state-of-the-art headquarters in the Netherlands, they are now seeking a dynamic:

Paris Regional Sales Manager

Are you ready to drive impactful change in a role where you will independently analyze potential markets and convert them into significant business opportunities? As the Paris Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in acquiring new customers while curating impressive furniture displays and implementing innovative interior concepts for the company's three flagship brands. You'll also represent the company at prominent international furniture exhibitions, working closely with a team of industry specialists. Beyond growing revenue, you will be instrumental in managing margin improvement and shaping the future market strategy of the company. Reporting directly to the Sales Director and collaborating regularly with the Commercial Director at headquarters in the Netherlands, your influence will be substantial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently analyze and develop potential markets to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Lead customer acquisition initiatives and manage the implementation of standout furniture displays and concepts.
  • Represent the company at international furniture fairs, working closely with industry experts.
  • Focus on revenue growth and margin management to strengthen the company’s market presence.
  • Regular reporting and collaboration with the Sales Director and Commercial Director at the Netherlands headquarters.

Candidate Profile:

  • A higher education degree or extensive professional experience.
  • Energetic, proactive, and motivated to deliver exceptional business outcomes.
  • Proven experience in the B2B sector is essential; experience in the furniture industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in both French and English is a must due to the international nature of the role.
  • Residency in the Paris region is required.
