Social Media Manager

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  
• Create engaging content including posts, stories, and video reels
  
• Manage and optimize content calendars for consistent brand messaging
  
• Handle email marketing campaigns and newsletter creation
  
• Engage with followers and build community around the brand
  
• Collaborate on influencer outreach and management strategies
  
• Provide creative input on content ideas and campaign directions
  
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Proficiency in graphic design tools for content creation (intermediate level)
  
• Experience with email marketing and newsletter management
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  
• Familiarity with e-commerce and product-based businesses preferred
  
• Cultural sensitivity and interest in diverse cultural representations
