To accomplish this, our People team is searching for someone who will be a dynamic representation of our employees with the professional experience to assume the role of Senior People Operations Analyst. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for People systems and data, as well as a key player in the support and maintenance for Workday with a keen focus on process improvement, enhancing data accuracy and providing reports and analytics that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a progressive thinker able to help us continue to maintain our strong culture across the organization, creating an accountable, performance-driven environment where employees can flourish.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Manage and maintain the overall architecture, scalability, and integrity of Workday HCM

  • Dedicated support for Talent, Compensation and Peakon modules

  • Manage upgrades, patches, enhancements, and other technical projects as assigned

  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement

  • Lead optimization projects to help the organization realize the full potential of Workday

  • Ability to generate complex reports and analytics  

  • Partner with business leaders to support business objectives and plans by providing meaningful data to ensure the organization, capabilities and culture align to drive business results

  • Maintain awareness of current HRIS trends with a focus on developing Workday, service delivery and support

  • Work in an extremely fast-paced environment, managing conflicting demands, prioritizing projects while demonstrating a positive, “can-do” attitude

  • Build positive and influential relationships and partnerships with managers as well as employees

YOU'LL BRING:

  • Minimum 2-3 years Workday HCM experience as a hands-on System Administrator

  • 2+ years of HR technology experience in a large organization (1000+ employees) with an increasingly complex business environment

  • Knowledge of general business processes and how data and software applications support them

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link strategy with HR solutions

  • Advanced knowledge of Workday and Microsoft 365

  • Must be highly autonomous and self-motivated; demonstrating sound judgment, initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency

  • Must have demonstrated natural leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Ability to work expeditiously, adapt to continually changing priorities, and demonstrate analytical skills
