Business is booming at Flexspring. We seek a client-friendly Customer Success Relationship Manager to join our business-to-business Customer Success team. At Flexspring, you’ll keep your assigned accounts happy and expand our integration solutions within our customer base.

What will you do in this role?

Reach out to existing clients (HR departments) to ensure our data integrations meet and exceed their business expectations.

Advocate for your assigned client with all departments.

Keep clients happy and retention high through annual renewals.

Assist with the statements of work (SOW) and change requests for new or enhanced integrations; including but not limited to scoping requirements, drafting SOW, etc.

Manage our support platform to provide weekly reporting on client health and ticket status

Introduce relevant and essential information to new or existing customers

Investigating and resolving customer queries and technical issues promptly

Communicating clearly and earning the trust of both your teammates and customers

Oversee the onboarding of small accounts (1-5 user accounts)

Assist the Client Success Team with onboarding medium and large accounts

Provide training to customers (online, developing training materials)

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business processes that meet your client’s expectations in a philosophy of continued improvement

Essential Skills And Experience

Bilingual (English and French)

A College degree or CEGEP in Business Administration, Human Resources, and Management, or relevant business experience.

Client service experience in any field

Strong technology and business acumen.

Ability to manage multiple accounts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Possess a high level of initiative for self-reliant action.

Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, emotional intelligence and attention to detail.

Self-aware, motivated, coachable, ability to collaborate with all team members.

Nice to have

Experience with HR or Finance data integrations.

Experience with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.

Experience writing and managing contracts.

Knowledge of other languages such as dutch, arabic or spanish
