About the role
We're on the lookout for a People Analytics Senior Manager with a passion for turning complex datasets into clear and actionable insights to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be instrumental in harnessing data to refine and advance our HR processes. This role is a unique blend of data science, HR expertise, and leadership, aimed at leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiencies.
As the People Analytics Senior Manager:
- Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Developing and maintaining sophisticated reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards, to provide actionable insights to the HR team and senior management.
- Strategic Data Management: Spearheading the management, analysis, and utilization of HR data, with a particular focus on HRIS, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment, to support strategic decision-making.
- Leadership and Development: Leading and mentoring the HR Data Analyst, fostering an environment of professional growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Innovative Predictive Modeling: Employing machine learning and predictive analytics to drive forward-looking HR strategy, particularly in areas such as employee attrition, engagement, and success is definitely a plus.
- Financial Analysis: Apply financial expertise to analyze and interpret HR data in the context of budgeting, cost management, and financial forecasting to inform strategic HR decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |

The ideal People Analytics Senior Manager:
- A strong foundation in data analysis tools, particularly Power BI, and HRIS platforms or equivalents.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and spot what is relevant in terms of data metrics.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in dynamic environments and contributing to a culture of innovation.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of team management and mentorship.
- Strong finance background, including relevant studies and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
