The Compensation and Benefits, and People Analytics Lead is responsible for the ongoing company’s compensation and benefits programs and leveraging people analytics to drive HR strategy and decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of compensation, benefits, and HR analytics.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures.
  • Conduct WW market research to ensure the company's compensation packages are competitive.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
  • People Analytics: Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management- must
  • Proven experience in people analytics and data-driven HR decision-making- must
  • Bachelor's degree in Labor study, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field- must
  • Master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
