Currently we are looking for an Intern to join our Database Administration team. Our team is responsible for a wide range of activities related to database infrastructure, including deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining databases such as ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL.

This is a remote internship opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere with a flexible schedule. If you are a student or recent graduate in Information Technology or a related field, eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in database administration, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting databases (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
  • Support the team in performing database backups and restoration procedures.
  • Help analyze and propose solutions for database performance and optimization.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and solve database-related issues.
  • Participate in routine database maintenance tasks under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, including experience writing simple queries and understanding SQL fundamentals.
  • Basic understanding of database management systems, particularly PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
