Business Development Specialist – Drive Success Across Two Dynamic Brands

Are you a motivated, people-focused professional with a knack for building strong B2B relationships? Brighta Group, a leading marketing agency, and Talent Right, a top recruitment firm, are looking for a Business Development Specialist to champion both brands across Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity to represent two growing companies, promoting tailored marketing and recruitment solutions to businesses in the community and beyond.

About the Role 

In this role, you’ll be on the frontlines, driving face-to-face (F2F) engagement with community and non-community B2B businesses, uncovering opportunities, and working closely with the CEO and Business Unit Leaders to close deals. Your success will come from your ability to deeply understand our services, build lasting relationships, and tenaciously pursue opportunities that bring value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Master an in-depth knowledge of Brighta Group and Talent Right’s services, showcasing the benefits to B2B businesses.
  • Conduct 3-4 days per week of F2F meetings, actively promoting our solutions.
  • Research and identify business opportunities during each engagement.
  • Secure opportunities to present tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Understand client businesses and their staffing needs for the next 1-2 years.
  • Utilize LinkedIn to engage and expand our reach within the target market.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and networking sessions to represent both brands.
  • Diligently follow up on proposals to turn opportunities into secured deals.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed 

  • Willingness to travel interstate and internationally 3-4 days per week.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with community-based and non-community businesses.
  • Ability to work remotely, remaining self-disciplined and highly motivated.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot for pipeline management and tracking.
  • Tenacity and ambition to follow up on leads and close deals.
