Job Description

We scrutinize customer expectations to propose and present CSS solutions that meet their requirements. We support sales activities until contract closure. Additionally, we balance customer budgets with CSS delivery costs and risks, demonstrating Oracle and CSS strategies in discussions with customers. We facilitate communication with other departments within Oracle and CSS (sales, delivery, overseas engineering, etc.) to assess issues and risks, ensuring optimal solution proposals aligned with customer project schedules.

Responsibilities

As a Service Solution Architect demonstrating extensive product knowledge and proven experience, you are encouraged to clarify customer system requirements and business needs. Your role includes crafting efficient service proposals based on this foundation. Additionally, building trust with executive teams, IT departments, and internal collaborators at Oracle through staying current with the latest Oracle technologies and industry advancements is meaningful.

You will lead sophisticated and large-scale solution proposals, engaging actively across technical aspects, processes, and communication to drive success for both customers and Oracle.
