Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions and after-sales support.
  • Efficiently document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Assist in refining customer service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
