私たちは、将棋AIの開発を通じて蓄積された深層学習を含む機械学習によるAI関連手法を固有のコア技術としています。現在はこれらの技術を応用し、BtoBビジネスへ展開し、社会実装の実現と貢献に寄与しています。SMBC日興証券の株式ポートフォリオ診断サービスや、竹中工務店の空間診断サービスなどのDXを手掛けており、今後も様々な業界へ人工知能を活用したサービスを開発予定です。昨年5月に新設したSales&Marketing部では、既存顧客とのリレーション強化、及び新規顧客獲得に向けて課題解決型の提案活動を遂行しています。現在は、組織力強化の途上にありますが、来期計画を実現するために、即戦力となる営業要員の増員を行います。 営業チームの管理・育成と業績管理、ビジョンを具現化し、チームをリードし、組織の成長を牽引することをミッションとするポジションです。

【業務内容】

・営業チームのマネージメント
・顧客のステークホルダーとのリレーション構築
・エンタープライズ企業を対象とした既存・新規におけるフィールドセールス活動の戦略策定と実行
・営業計画・方針をもとに、効果的な販促営業を推進し、収益増大への貢献
・アカウントプランの作成と実行の監督
・デリバリー部門、開発部門との連携を確保し、プロジェクトの進行管理
・共通化した顧客の課題を見出し、ソリューション化するための情報収集

    Recruitment for the Business Success Division.

    Our company possesses unique core technology in AI-related methods, including deep learning accumulated through the development of shogi AI. We are currently applying these technologies to expand into BtoB businesses, contributing to the realization and advancement of societal implementation. We have been involved in DX projects, such as SMBC Nikko Securities' stock portfolio diagnostic service and Takenaka Corporation's spatial diagnostic service. In our newly established Sales & Marketing department, we are working on strengthening relationships with existing customers and acquiring new customers through solution-oriented proposal activities. While the organization is in the process of strengthening, we are expanding the sales force with the aim of realizing next year's plan.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Management of the sales team
    • Building relationships with customer stakeholders
    • Strategic planning and execution of field sales activities targeting existing and new enterprise clients
    • Promotion of effective sales promotion based on sales plans and policies, contributing to increased revenue
    • Supervision of account plan creation and execution
    • Ensuring collaboration with the delivery and development departments, managing project progress
    • Identifying common customer issues and promoting information gathering and idea generation for solution development

    After joining, we aim to entrust a wide range of tasks as a planning salesperson, not just the mentioned duties, based on your experience and skills.

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo

Annual Salary: 8,000,000 - 14,000,000 JPY

  • Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
  • Bonus paid twice a year (August, February)
  • A fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 20 hours is provided, regardless of the presence of overtime work.
    • Additional overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond the initial 20 hours.

Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (1-hour break included)

  • 8 hour work days
  • Telecommuting and flexible work arrangements are available, subject to prior approval.
  • Annual Holidays: Regular days off every week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, and other days designated by the company.
  • Paid Time Off: 10 days granted after 6 months of continuous service (increasing with years of service, up to a maximum of 23 days).
  • Other Leaves: Special leave upon joining, year-end and New Year leave, special leave for illness, and bereavement leave are available.

Probation: 3 months
