IT Consultant – Z/OS ( operating system- Mainframe)
- Assist with scheduling scenarios & functionalities.
- Assist to fine tune with day-to-day scheduling operations
- Best practices around scheduling optimization (calendar usage, resources, conditions etc.)
- Assist with adjustments to the scheduling configuration of the workload
- Assistance in configuration of connection to zOS controller
- Dedicated point of contact (Focus on accelerating product adoption)
- Requirements gathering and review Scheduling new jobs streams
- Product Knowledge, Mentoring and Skill Sharing (helping with know-how and Focus on improving productivity).
- Assist customer to facilitate & work closely with product support team to fix existing issues
- Assist on common issues related to job scheduling and monitoring
- Collaboration with Support Team to drive resolution to open issues*.
- Assistance for job scheduling and operations during cutover
- Assist with the operation of the workload automation environments,
- Assist with adjustments to the scheduling configuration of the workload, and
- Assist with troubleshooting issues.
Have to work from Curitiba .
