Overview:

Omni Interactions is looking for a fully remote Digital Marketing Coordinator, who will be working as a contractor in Guatemala, to play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts forward. As part of our Sales & Marketing team, you’ll manage high-performance campaigns, oversee spending and performance metrics, and contribute to creating compelling decks and proposals. You’ll also collaborate with various teams, ensuring that all marketing strategies align with our client-focused approach and company goals.

 

Who is Omni? Omni is a remote, work-from-home customer service gig platform. Omni partners with Gig Brand Ambassadors (GBAs), who are independent contractors that have specialized skills and represent brands across multiple channels, such as: email, text, phone, chat, and AI bot.

Summary

 

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will develop and implemen data-driven marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and SEO. You'll collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling content, optimize ad performance, and ensure efficient budget use. You will stay also ahead of digital marketing trends, provide actionable insights, and help drive business growth through platforms like ZoomInfo or similar. 

 

Tasks You’ll be Performing in this Role
  • Create, run and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations, marketing decks, and client proposals.
  • Contribute to content creation, including writing blog posts, press releases, social media content (LinkedIn), and marketing materials.
  • Utilize tools like ZoomInfo and creative software such as Illustrator or Photoshop to create compelling visuals and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm new ideas and ensure campaignsalign with brand goals and internal messaging.
  • Provide comprehensive support for a variety of marketing administrative tasks, contributing to the overall success of our sales operations. 

Skills Desired for someone in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and creative software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English High B2 or C1)
  • Experience in the BPO / Call Center Industry.
  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with ZoomInfo or other sales and marketing intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.

Hourly rate and Benefits:

  • Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Eastern time (flexible based on time zone) – supports departments located across 5 time zones in the US and Canada
