Job description

We are seeking a Country Manager to spearhead our growth in the Japanese iGaming sector. This role will concentrate on crafting and executing a customized market strategy aimed at driving business expansion and localizing our cryptocurrency casino and sports betting offerings for Japanese customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a detailed market strategy specifically designed for the Japanese iGaming industry, addressing both immediate and future growth targets.
  • Identify and explore new business ventures, including partnerships, sponsorship agreements, and innovative market entry strategies.
  • Oversee the customization of our Crypto Casino and sports betting products to align with the unique preferences and expectations of Japanese players.
  • Ensure complete localization of all product features, including user interfaces, customer support, and promotional materials, to elevate the user experience.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to integrate feedback from the Japanese market into ongoing product improvements and updates.
  • Develop and implement a focused marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and attract Japanese customers.
  • Manage the design and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Build and nurture relationships with local affiliates to increase traffic and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new affiliates, providing them with essential tools and resources to effectively promote the brand.
  • Continuously refine the affiliate program to enhance performance and foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Devise and execute a strong brand strategy that establishes the company as a premier iGaming operator in Japan.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer interactions, from marketing content to customer service.
  • Remain updated on local cryptocurrency trends, regulations, and market dynamics to ensure seamless and compliant payment operations.
  • Collaborate with payment providers and internal teams to streamline cryptocurrency transaction processes, ensuring reliability and security for users.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and adjust strategies and operations as needed.
  • Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Japanese market, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance overall business performance in Japan.
