Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager of Marketing Operations to join our team. This role will help ensure efficiency in marketing processes, campaign execution, data analysis, and data integrity. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance lead generation, pipeline management, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology to solve marketing challenges, improve customer experiences, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage the marketing operations budget, forecasting, and allocation of resources to ensure efficient use of marketing spend.

  • Data Governance: Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within marketing databases, working with relevant teams to maintain compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Technology and Automation: Oversee the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools), ensuring integration and alignment with business objectives

  • Marketing Contact Database Management: Oversee the maintenance, accuracy, and growth of the marketing contact database, ensuring data hygiene, segmentation, and proper usage across campaigns.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors to ensure our tech stack is fully integrated and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and how technology supports these processes.

  • Experience with Marketing tech stack solutions and integrations, including: Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, Drift, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Lusha, etc

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of optimizing marketing systems and processes.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.

  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum efficiency.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and ROI

  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing marketing technology solutions.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.

  • Passion for technology and innovation in the marketing space.
