Job description

This is a remote position.

Digiteum, a custom software development company, is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales team.  

We are a strong team of software professionals focused on creating software solutions for medicine, education, IoT, logistics, etc. By doing great software, we try to bring a positive impact to the world and help people :)  

We have successfully delivered multiple projects for companies like Oxford University Press, Printique, Oracle, TUI Travel, Takeda, and Diaceutics during the last decade.  


What will you be helping us with?  
  • Generating high-quality leads for our sales team through email and social media channels.  
  • Conducting research on various social networks, groups, forums, and other sources to identify the interests of our target audience.  
  • Maintaining and expanding a comprehensive database of potential worldwide-known clients.  
  • Assisting in planning email and marketing campaigns.  
  • Actively participating in team meetings, generating ideas, and taking initiative and responsibility.  
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with prospects to create mutually beneficial opportunities.


Requirements
  • Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English. 
  • 1+ years of experience as a Lead Generation specialist. 
  • Understanding of IT in general and outsourcing business in particular. 
  • Good analytical and research skills.  
  • An optimistic mindset with comfort in navigating uncertainties.  
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.  

It’s nice if you also have:  
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems like Zoho CRM and other sales/marketing tools.  
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook. 
  • Familiarity with the market of EU, the USA and Canada. 
  • Experience with Sales Navigator.
