Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s growth strategy. You’ll leverage your research skills and communication prowess to identify and engage potential SME clients across Singapore. This role offers a unique blend of data-driven prospecting and relationship-building, as you’ll be the first point of contact for business owners seeking financial solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the company’s ambitious goal of generating 6,000 leads monthly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on making meaningful connections and wants to play a pivotal role in helping SMEs access vital financial resources.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential SME clients in Singapore’s vibrant business ecosystem
  • Build and maintain comprehensive databases of decision-makers within target companies
  • Initiate first contact through professional, engaging outreach calls
  • Craft compelling pitches that highlight the value of our loan advisory services
  • Expertly navigate conversations with business owners, addressing their unique financial needs
  • Meticulously record and organize lead information in our CRM system
  • Hit and exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets
  • Produce insightful reports on lead generation activities and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the appointment setting team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Continuously refine lead generation strategies based on performance data and feedback, potential for commission based on performance
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Sharp research abilities and a knack for uncovering valuable business information
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools
  • Natural talent for building rapport quickly and maintaining professional relationships
  • Resilience and a positive attitude when facing challenges or rejections
