We are looking for:

  • An Account Manager - Mexico who will play a pivotal role to growth actual market share and increase sales in Mexico and Caribbean region. 

 

We count on you for:

  • Support business growth and to achieve the Commercial targets in terms of volume, sales and margin.
  • Deploy the Marketing and Sales strategy in Mexico and Caribbean region.
  • Collaborate with R&I and supply chain to build and deliver on an opportunity pipe in the grow segments.
  • Define and deploy the required commercial plans, programs and activities at their own customers to support the opportunity pipe.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of customers (maintain updated information about the customers and competitors, provide regular local marketing information, plan and lead contract negotiations and close deals).
  • Understand customer needs by acquiring key information (sales forecast, service needs, market trends, and competitor information) from customers and share with sales, marketing/product management to strengthen company position. 
  • Document activity and manage territory through the CRM tool (Salesforce.com). 

 

You will bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Production Engineering. 
  • Experience in chemical industry preferable in production management, technology management, product or process design or commercial domain. 
  • Commercial or Business Development experience or, either in Marketing & Sales.
  • Distributors management experience - nice to have.

  • Background in lubricants and metal treatments - nice to have. 
  • Must have Fluency in English / Native Spanish.
  • Customer oriented and "hunter" personality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to get things done and deliver impact through influence.
