Job Description

As a Junior ID&F Sales Specialist you will help identify the new leads and support the more Senior ID&F Sales Specialists and wider GTM account teams with the progression and development of leads and opportunities both you and they have identified. The core principle of this role is that it is designed as a fast-track programme towards progression to becoming a Senior ID&F Sales Specialist.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development and working as part of a focused and experienced team, you will help ensure clients understand why they require the product, specifically shaping the business case and demonstrate the operational applicability and value linked to the use of the proposed solution.

Qualifications

Along with your previous new business experience, your success will also be attributed to communicating how solutions can meet the needs of our Clients and be able to create and develop trusting relationships with senior contacts in target organisations.

You will join a fantastic, supportive team where we work collectively to achieve our team and individual targets and all working towards a single sales objective of being number one in the industry.

Internally you will also consult and partner with Account Managers, Product and Delivery teams to ensure that we win business and provide solutions that meet and exceed the needs you've uncovered in your Clients and Prospects.
