Zendesk’s Scaled Marketing team is passionate about delivering high-impact marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term revenue and engagement growth for Zendesk through innovative, personalized, and scalable marketing programs. 

We are seeking a talented and creative content specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on driving engagement and growth through effective copywriting and content creation, while supporting our overall marketing strategies. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Create email nurturing campaigns and in-product messaging in alignment with a product-led growth strategy to help leads maximize their trial experience and convert via self-service.

  • Develop content that encourages customers to adopt key features, enhancing their experience and ensuring long-term subscription retention.

  • Assist in the planning, scripting, and production of video marketing materials and webinars.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine and enhance marketing efforts.

  • Create visual assets to be used in email and in-product messaging.

  • Create promotional campaigns to drive sales.

  • Innovate ways to leverage generative AI to improve marketing effectiveness and scale our impact.

  • Create content to help sales teams address common customer needs and objections.

  • Test and optimize different marketing approaches to identify the most effective strategies.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, focusing on email marketing, content creation, and video marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful copywriting for email marketing campaigns.

  • Experience creating email nurturing campaigns and in-product messaging to support product-led growth strategies.

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and the ability to analyze and optimize based on data.

  • Proficiency in creating visual assets for various marketing initiatives, including email and in-product messaging.

  • Familiarity with using generative AI tools to enhance marketing content and strategies.

  • Experience in developing promotional campaigns aimed at driving sales.

  • Ability to create content that supports sales teams' needs to address common customer needs and objections.

  • Experience testing and optimizing different marketing approaches to identify the most effective strategies.

Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
