We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospital Sales professional to join Norgine as a Hospital Sales Representative for our NSW South & ACT territory.
Reporting to the National Hospital Sales Manager, the core responsibility of the Specialist Representative is to treat your territory business as your own! This role is a full-time, permanent position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Driving sales strategies, tactics and promoting products to Specialists, Nurses and Hospitals across your NSW South & ACT territory
· Presenting clinical papers to specialists and associated hospital teams
· Working with a Key Account Management framework
· Transactional selling to private clinics for a range of products
- Highly organised, self-starter and solutions oriented
- High level of business analytics and strong commercial acumen, able to use different data sets and territory reporting to help manage your business
- Excellent communication, presentation style, combined with strong selling and negotiation skills
· Agile approach with ability to deal with a wide range of situations and functions
· Ability to travel, including regional travel, overnight travel as required for business conferences and occasional weekend work
- Willingness to learn, work autonomously with a positive attitude
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualifications in Life Sciences, Nursing, Paramedical or business field is preferred
· Successful sales track record in hospital / specialist sales within pharmaceutical/devices, particularly Gastroenterology and/or Obstetrics
· Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset and ability, with Key Account Management experience in NSW South and ACT areas will be highly regarded
· Medicines Australia CEP accreditation
· Experience and capability utilising a variety of e-platforms (Veeva, Teams etc)
· Technically competent with full MS Office package, Outlook, CRM systems etc
· Current and valid driver’s licence
