Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical support to German-speaking clients remotely.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in a technical support role is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers with technical challenges.
