Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous customer support experience, preferably in the IT field

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with IT products and services is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage technical inquiries
