Your missions

Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in driving growth by executing outreach campaigns, including cold calls and email outreach, to key decision-makers within long-term care facilities. As the SDR, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.

Salary - $900 Per Month

Type of Work - Full Time (REMOTE)

Work Schedule - US Time Zone

Requirements

  • In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to engage with clients, establish rapport, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with prospects, positioning the company as an expert in staffing solutions for senior care.
  • Previous B2B sales experience is a strong asset; experience in the healthcare or staffing industry is even better.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools is a plus, but not required.
  • With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup.
