Job description

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Up to $1,600 per month, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST.

Locations: Remote, open to candidates globally.

Role Overview

As an Advertising Designer at Pearl Talent’s client company, you’ll play a crucial role in creating visually impactful advertising creatives for some of the world’s most iconic brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves combining design expertise with data-driven performance analysis to create ads that captivate audiences.

Your Impact:

Your work will directly influence the advertising success of globally recognized brands, helping to optimize ad performance and drive growth for the company. Your designs will be seen by millions, making a significant impact in the advertising space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Collaboration

  • Ingest and understand the brand guidelines of the company’s clients.
  • Upload product feeds to the company’s platform and troubleshoot any issues.

2. Design Creation

  • Design custom templates and treatments for catalog ads using the company’s platform.
  • Iterate on designs based on performance feedback to continually improve ad effectiveness.

3. Support & Innovation

  • Provide design support for other team assets such as sales collateral and website graphics.
  • Assist in answering client queries related to design as needed.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience as an advertising designer or similar role, particularly in startups or small teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
  • Strong preference for candidates proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles.
  • Passion for working in small, close-knit teams.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with global or remote teams.
  • Interest in data-driven design and performance metrics.
