Wander is looking to hire an accomplished BDR Sales Manager to lead our growing revenue team.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in building and scaling BDR teams, skilled at developing successful outreach strategies, and passionate about luxury real estate and travel.

  • Build and lead a world-class team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)

  • Develop effective outreach cadences and lead nurturing strategies that drive revenue growth

  • Lead from the front by supporting your team in building relationships and closing deals

  • Coach and develop your team based on their unique strengths, helping them reach their full potential

  • Inspire your team to achieve greatness for themselves and for Wander’s growth

  • Identify opportunities within the business and execute projects to improve our sales processes

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive results

  • Become an expert in Wander’s product and industry so that you can coach your team to build high-trust relationships with clients

  • Continuously learn and grow by reading, listening to podcasts, and collaborating with teammates

✅ Minimum Requirements
  • Experience managing and scaling BDR teams (preferably enterprise or B2C sales)

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams

  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing outreach and lead nurturing strategies

  • Customer-first sales approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

  • A life-long learner mindset with a passion for personal and professional growth

  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Hubspot) with an ability to function in a tech stack-light environment
