What we need?   

RoomRaccoon is a leading property management platform dedicated to revolutionizing the hospitality landscape. We empower independent hotels with innovative technology solutions, driving their success and shaping the future of hospitality. We're looking for a Sales Director to  join our commercial team driving a company's sales strategy, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.


What will you be doing? 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Establish sales objectives and performance metrics, regularly monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, leveraging networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitive landscape, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.


Requirements:

    • Non Negotiable: Language: Portuguese and/or German and/or Dutch 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.  
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
    • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team
    • Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations.

    • Strategic Thinker: You excel at analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies.
