Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Vision: Develop and execute bold sales strategies to boost revenue and market presence.

  • Inspire a Team: Guide a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success and be the face and heart of your Berlin office.

  • Drive Growth: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and expand our customer base.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Business Development, Marketing, and more to align efforts and achieve company goals.

  • Strategize for Success: Conduct regular reviews and track sales activities to stay ahead of trends.

Represent our brand: Thanks to your network, you will go to different events in the region, create opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Leadership: 15+ sales experience and at least 5 years in managerial roles with a track record of success in the DACH region.

  • SaaS Expertise: Extensive experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions, especially in CRM.

  • Market Insight: Deep knowledge of the DACH market and a strong network of executives.

  • Bilingual Pro: Fluency in German and English, with top-notch communication skills.

  • Visionary Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit ready to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
