Your missions

This is a remote position.

Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates already living in Germany who speak German (Fluent or Native)


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust sales funnel for B2B customers and strategic partnerships.
  • Handle inbound leads and act as the primary contact for all incoming inquiries.
  • Identify potential customers and engage with them through email, phone, social media, and events.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to connect with potential clients.
  • Present Global Climate Changer’s SaaS solutions to decision-makers and executives.
  • Conduct discovery calls and demo meetings to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the management team to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and uncover opportunities for strategic partnerships.
  • Stay informed about climate tech, net-zero emissions, and sustainability trends to facilitate meaningful discussions with clients.


Requirements

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on cold calling and email outreach.

·       Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1).

·       Ability to work independently and take initiative.

·       A genuine passion for sustainability and climate action.

·       Previous experience in cold outreach and deal closing.

·       Experience in B2B SaaS sales or related fields is an advantage but not essential.
