Title: B2B Sales and Onboarding Specialist

 Working Hours: 8 am-4 pm PST

Salary Range: $1000 - $1500 USD per month

Commission: Earn $300-$500 per month based on closing inbound deals

 

About the company:

A company that utilizes AI to enhance property management, automating rental processes for efficient and effective property management. The advanced technology optimizes operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction and streamlined property management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 Support:

- Provide support to new and existing customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions to client issues.

Onboarding:

- Assist clients with the manual onboarding process for our services.

- Thoroughly understand and guide clients through each step of the onboarding procedure.

- Provide post-onboarding support to ensure client satisfaction and successful adoption of our services.

Sales:

- Qualify potential customers through detailed assessments.

- Conduct comprehensive product demos for qualified leads.

- Engage in follow-up activities with potential buyers (no cold calling required).

- Manage 5-10 follow-up calls weekly, focusing on inbound inquiries and leads.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in similar roles.

- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

- High proficiency in both written and verbal English.

- Proper business English writing skills.

- Demonstrates talent and proficiency in industry-specific terminology.

- Experience in real estate is a plus.

- Should have experience and be willing to make a long-term career with us.
