**This position is on site in Greece and includes a Relocation package**

Your Role:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Help customers with technical questions and solve their problems
• Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly, helpful support
• Update and maintain customer information in our database
• Work closely with other teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Fluent German (C1 level) spoken and written

• Good English skills (B2 level or higher)
• EU passport or a valid work permit for the EU
• Customer service experience is a plus but not a must
• A passion for helping people and a problem-solving attitude
