Your missions

Location: Athens, Greece
Salary: €1045 base + €300 monthly performance bonus
Relocation Support: Provided (Visa not included)

We are looking for a Polish speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to assist B2C customers for our client in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver excellent technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone
  • 4 weeks of paid training when you start the position
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions

Requirements

    • Polish Language: C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
    • English Language: B2 level (training provided in English).
    • Relocate to Athens, Greece
    • Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries
    • Experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred but not required
