What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a client sponsor for key clients within your pod, maintaining top-to-top relationships with client leadership and providing escalation support to the account management teams

  • Assess team-member bandwidth and assign new clients appropriately

  • Track, manage, and ensure accuracy of pod-level client forecasting

  • Help manage new client onboarding to ensure the best experience by establishing sustainable expectations and clear deliverables

  • Support account management teams in adding value by ensuring comprehensive and insightful strategies are being brought to client businesses across commerce Operations and Media

  • Provide clear, timely, and relevant feedback and coaching to team members to ensure best-in-class client experience

  • Work with team members to ensure learning/education development

  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of processes that allow the Team to scale 

  • Continuously assess the return on time invested on internal processes, projects, tasks, and meeting, striving to create teams that work smarter, not harder

  • Work with Managers and Senior Managers to ensure that Team goals are clearly defined, executed, and measured

  • Work with Managers and Senior Managers to ensure the creation of a strong talent pool by ensuring that Individual Development Plans are created with each Team member

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years experience in e-commerce or Amazon experience

  • 5+ years managing a team of people (ideally 3+ direct reports; skip level team preferred)

  • A clear understanding of retail and marketplace platforms and functions on Amazon; experience with Vendor and/or Seller Central

  • Advanced in Excel/Sheets (pivots, lookups), PowerPoint or Google Slides

  • Previous account management experience, preferred.

  • Comfortable with large and complex data sets, fluent in retail math calculations

  • Reliable, takes initiative and finds ways to solve problems independently, has a curious mind

  • Ability to manage numerous client/brand needs and strategies

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role

  • Agency experience preferred

  • Amazon Vendor Management or Instock management experience preferred

  • Thought leadership within the e-commerce industry

The hiring salary range for this role is $130,000 - $155,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. 

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits, incentive pay, and equity upon request. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
