What you’ll be doing 

Your role will be pivotal in engaging, educating, and transforming how our customers deliver superior software quality to market faster than ever before. 

Your primary focus will be identifying opportunities for us to grow in LATAM, and to expand existing enterprise accounts and partnerships for the region. 

In this position you’ll report to the SVP of Sales Americas, based in Florida. 

 

You will be responsible for 

  • Identifying, building, and actioning a strategy for establishing and expanding FTSE100 accounts. 

  • Tracking, reporting, and iterating on your go-forward plan with leadership. 

  • Leveraging your network and partnerships. 

  • Building effective and mutually beneficial relationships cross-functionally: partnering with Presales Consultants and other team members to close 7 figure opportunities.  

  • Help with mentoring team members who are seeking deeper strategic account management experience. 

  • Deliver growth expectations in a linear fashion.

Basic Qualifications we’re seeking 

  • 15+ years of related experience in sales or the field of enterprise software. 

  • 5+ years managing and expanding enterprise accounts across LATAM. 

  • Working knowledge in the testing/QA space and full SDLC. 

  • Experience building and maintaining successful partnerships to drive mutual business growth through indirect routes and partner-driven businesses.   

  • Experience working across the Enterprise Applications Landscape inclusive of vendors such as SAP, Oracle, etc. 

  • Demonstrable presentation and communication skills, highlighting your ability to articulate and communicate the unique value proposition of our software to prospective clients.    

  • Ability to travel to LATAM countries up to 30% of the time. 

  • Fluent in Spanish. 

Preferred additional skills 

  • Attention to detail with regards to tracking and documenting sales workflow through salesforce  

  • Demonstrable expertise following a sales methodology approach to navigate the sales cycle e.g. MEDDPICC or similar 

  • Knowledge and / or experience of the Tricentis platform and products 

  • Proficiency / fluency in Portuguese
