The Role

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of integrations between Great Plains and Sharepoint on MS Dynamics platform, a passion for building robust and scalable solutions, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient and effective system designs. This role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Development: Program, code, and test systems in MS Dynamics, transitioning seamlessly between Front-End and Back-End development projects.
  • Integrate over 30 funcionaliies between Great Plains Platform and Sharepoint.
  • Complex Functionality: Develop and implement complex features, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Design Standards: Maintain existing design standards while suggesting and implementing improvements.
  • Application Validation: Validate new application functionalities to ensure they meet business and user needs.
  • System Maintenance: Perform system maintenance, making necessary corrections to address user requirements and improve system efficiency.
  • Debugging & Testing: Conduct thorough debugging and testing of programs, including maintaining previously developed programs.
  • Best Practices: Utilize and advocate for development best practices to ensure high-quality code and solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with MS Dynamics.
  • Experience integrating Sharepoint and Great Plains.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex MS Dynamics solutions.
  • Strong understanding of both Front-End and Back-End development within the MS Dynamics platform.
  • Expertise in system architecture and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  • Familiarity with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Oracle CRM.
  • Certification in MS Dynamics or related technologies.
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.

About The Role

  • Full-time job - 40h/week.
  • Independent Contractor.
  • Full remote.
