Quality Assurance (QA) is a team within the Patient Pathways (PP) subsidiary of DaVita. PP is a hospital discharge planning service supporting hospitals by building a bridge between inpatient and outpatient care by providing enhanced patient education and collaborative discharge process management.
The QA Advisor will perform internal audits that review the adequacy and effectiveness of Patient Pathways internal controls, verify completeness of patient medical records and reviews compliance with standards, policies, and procedures. This teammate will also solicit, gather, and distribute hospital partner and patient satisfaction data which is instrumental in depicting the value of the service. The QA Advisor may also make recommendations for any areas of improvement related to their day-to-day responsibilities.
You will be provided a lap top and cell phone. Strong ability to communicate with others, time management and writing policy and procedures are necessary. Prefer to have a candidate with a Bachelors degree.

Salary/ Wage Range
