Key Responsibilities

  • Outside Sales Engagement: Connect with potential clients and real estate brokers through in-person meetings, calls, and web-based outreach.
  • Promotional Activities: Conduct marketing efforts related to your own sales activities and support marketing initiatives with loan data.
  • Client Interviews: Interview applicants to gather information and assist in completing loan applications with support from processors or other staff members.
  • Financial Analysis: Review applicants’ financial status, including financial statements, tax returns, and credit evaluations, to assess credit feasibility.
  • Loan Package Management: Prepare loan packages and negotiate terms with applicants, including fees, repayment options, and other credit conditions.
