Job Profile:

Mortgage Administrator - Full Time -  Remote or Hybrid or Office Based

 

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time experienced Mortgage Administrator to join an incredibly highly successful partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation whom are based in offices in Hove, East Sussex.

 

Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, highly successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business that are looking to grow their business still further with the addition of an experienced Mortgage Administrator to support the existing team.

 

The role is Full Time - No weekends - we are also happy to consider reduced hours over 5 days to accommodate school picks and drops

 

The role is either fully remote / hybrid or office based - ideally we would like an individual to be able to visit the offices regularly to enable even remote workers to feel part of the team.

 

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers / lenders.

 

We are specifically looking for independent mortgage administration experience in a busy mortgage broking business.

 

Should the candidate be keen then transition to Mortgage Advisory may be available with this role in the future.

 

Competitive salary package of £27,000- £30,000 DOE negotiable (salary stated is the full time salary range)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
  • Pro-actively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
  • Dealing with incoming calls and emails
  • Submission of mortgage & protection applications

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience in a broking business.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service
