As a gesture of our appreciation, new team members are offered a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. We provide a competitive compensation package, offering up to 65% commission for sales professionals with 2-3 years of full-time experience in commercial real estate. Our supportive environment allows you to focus on providing expert guidance in pricing, negotiations, and closing deals. This role offers a mix of remote work and field activities, with opportunities to connect with the team during occasional in-office meetings and networking events.

About The Leadership

You will collaborate with our Founder and CEO, who also serves as the Principal Broker. With experience as an attorney and commercial real estate advisor, they work closely with a diverse array of business owners, developers, investors, lenders, and entrepreneurs.

What You'll Do

In this position, you will assist clients in selling, acquiring, and leasing commercial properties. Our mission is to help businesses create value, optimize costs, and enhance efficiency through strategic real estate planning and management. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing transparent market consulting, drawing on expertise in tenant representation, landlord representation, and asset management.
  • Identifying potential property acquisitions and executing property dispositions.
  • Ensuring we create value and maximize returns on investments through transparent execution.

Who You Are

  • Licensed: You hold a valid real estate license in Florida.
  • Experienced: You bring at least 3+ years of recent commercial real estate or brokerage experience.
  • Transaction Expert: You have a strong background in representing clients across various commercial real estate transactions.
  • Proven Track Record: You excel in representing tenants, users, and investors in the commercial real estate marketplace.
  • Relationship Builder: You possess excellent relationship management and business development skills.
  • Local Expert: Your knowledge of the commercial real estate landscape in Florida is exceptional.
  • Analytical Thinker: You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-Oriented: You thrive in managing customer relationships and working effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent Communicator: Your presentation, verbal, and written communication skills are outstanding.
