Responsibilities

  • Build Connections: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by developing and nurturing key relationships.
  • Engage Clients: Set up introductory meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Network: Leverage social media, industry events, and direct outreach to expand your network and bring in new business.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the operations team to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and client reports.
  • Manage Transitions: Oversee initial projects with new clients to ensure a seamless transition of their service needs to our operations team.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 10 years in the mortgage industry or with a due diligence company, including a minimum of 3 years in a client relations role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mortgage industry, capital markets, RMBS, and the mortgage due diligence process.
  • Relationships: Strong connections with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers, and mortgage originators are a plus.
  • Skills: Proven abilities in networking, negotiations, and consulting, with a talent for analyzing client needs and designing effective solutions.
