Job Title: Client Success Coordinator - LATAM
Location: 
Remote (EST Timezone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST

Job Description:

We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and are looking for a Client Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining effective communication between our company and our clients, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Manage both incoming and outgoing communications with clients, including calls, texts, and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Liaison Duties: Act as a bridge between clients and technicians, facilitating clear and efficient communication to resolve queries and issues.
  • Organization and Follow-ups: Maintain an organized workflow to ensure all client requests are tracked and resolved. Manage a basic check-path and follow-up system to keep clients informed about the status of their inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure that all client issues are addressed promptly, involving appropriate team members and coordinating efforts to provide solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills are essential, with a strong focus on authentic, genuine responses over AI-generated content.
  • Organizational Abilities: Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high levels of client service.
  • Adaptability: Able to adapt to new challenges and learn new systems quickly as the role evolves over time.
  • Proactiveness and Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to be proactive and think critically in problem-solving situations.
  • Sales Background or Interest: A background or interest in sales is preferred.
  • Growth Potential: Someone who wants to take on new challenges and grow into a bigger role is highly desired.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to enhance client satisfaction.

Training and Tools:

  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools is beneficial, but not required. We will provide comprehensive training for all necessary software.
