Job Description

As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the vital link between our delivery team and the patients we serve. This role offers a unique blend of healthcare administration and customer service, allowing you to make a real difference in people’s lives. You’ll manage patient information, coordinate deliveries, and provide compassionate communication to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities
  • Contact patients to confirm delivery addresses and schedule convenient times
  • Manage and organize confidential patient information from digital documents
  • Conduct professional follow-ups with patients who are difficult to reach
  • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with a diverse patient base
  • Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to optimize delivery routes and timing
  • Handle sensitive situations professionally, often as the first point of contact
  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of patient calls and delivery schedules
  • Contribute to improving operational processes as the company grows
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience in medical reception or similar patient-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and digital information management
  • Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • HIPAA compliance certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Comfortable working remotely with secure systems
