As an Operations Manager Maintenance, you’ll be responsible for defining and implementing precise maintenance processes, and building and leading a strong and knowledgeable Maintenance team.

You'll work closely with the local Operations teams, Country Manager, and HQ teams, including Customer Support, Central Operations, Legal, and Marketing, to address any issues related to operations or products. Additionally, you will actively lead and support expansion plans, ensuring global requirements are followed and nationwide standards are implemented.

This position requires occasional travel and on-site visits to ensure all operations run smoothly.

  • <point>Owning, managing, and driving the expansion of the business in assigned cities and overseeing projects focused on business growth, process enhancements and customer satisfaction improvements.</point>
  • <point>Generating insights through analysis, developing advanced analytical models, and establishing reporting systems to ensure that individual warehouses are sufficiently staffed and stocked.</point>
  • <point>Ensuring compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations and keeping relevant stakeholders informed of any changes or updates to avoid potential risks.</point>
