Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving successful project execution. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring all stages are completed efficiently and on time. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining open and confident communication throughout the process.

As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the operations within the Social Center of Excellence. Your primary responsibility will be coordinating communication among various stakeholders, leading comprehensive project planning, and ensuring timely creation of marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Management: Attend kick-off meetings, assess resources, establish timelines, and develop execution plans alongside senior management. Guide projects through appropriate channels for completion.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the key communicator between Creative, Influencer, and Strategy/Marketing teams, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Timeline and Budget Oversight: Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, manage budgets, and oversee the completion of deliverables for various marketing channels.
  • Facilitate Reviews: Lead review meetings with internal creative leads, track feedback, and ensure updates and edits are made according to leadership and stakeholder input.
  • External Partner Coordination: Manage communications with external partners, ensuring that all parties are aligned on strategy, expectations, and timelines.
  • Proactive Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams, providing feedback to external partners and ensuring that creative direction is executed according to team expectations.
  • Anticipate Needs: Actively support the "Pod" teams by ensuring all channel deliverables are completed on time and any creative needs are anticipated and addressed.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Handle a variety of complex projects simultaneously, coordinating brand initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Project Briefing Coordination: Gather and organize all necessary information and details for project briefings, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Uphold Processes: Learn, implement, and enforce team processes to ensure efficient execution across cross-functional workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Design, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, trafficking, or creative services, particularly in social media and digital channels.
  • Previous experience working in a creative agency is essential.
  • Familiarity with video creation and production is highly preferred.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude, strong creative thinking abilities, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track and within budget while maintaining clear communication across teams.
  • A passion for working in a creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment is essential.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in video production or content creation.
  • A background in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
