Your missions

Description

We’re excited to invite an innovative and strategic leader to join our sales management team as the Managing Director of Field Product Development. In this role, you will drive the deployment of revenue-boosting products within our current business framework.

You will collaborate closely with key business leaders, including heads of various market segments, to enhance the participant experience and optimize product adoption and utilization rates. Additionally, you will work alongside Sales and Marketing leaders to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for both existing and new products. Your deep knowledge of institutional retirement concepts, asset allocation, and investment product placement will be crucial as you champion these products in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Oversee product deployment and implementation, working directly with investment revenue lever support teams.
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute a strategy to accelerate growth in advice, asset allocation services, and investment management products for existing clients.
  • Roadmap Definition: Align product adoption opportunities with the greatest consumer impact, measuring and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team to translate strategy into actionable tactics and mobilize resources to achieve critical metrics.
  • Collaboration: Partner with strategic relations to develop deployment strategies, and work with the Marketing team to enhance the product suite’s value proposition.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide ongoing feedback to internal teams to continually improve the overall offering.
  • Influence and Consensus Building: Engage senior leadership to drive consensus across all segments, contributing to a purpose-driven mission focused on making financial security accessible to all.

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; an MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Over 15 years of relevant business experience, including cross-selling initiatives and leadership roles.
  • Skills: Proven ability to present to senior leadership, investment committees, and other governance bodies. Results-oriented with a track record of influencing product adoption among various stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on collaboration, team cohesion, and best practice sharing.
  • Innovation: Creative thinker with a growth mindset, staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Licenses: Ability to obtain required licenses, including successful registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent) within 5 months of employment.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(153,000 - \)207,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on location, experience, education, and other factors.
  • Time Off: Flexible Time Off (FTO) for salaried employees, providing paid time away from work for vacation, personal matters, or short-term illness.
  • Pension Eligibility: Yes.

  • Work Authorization/Sponsorship: We are not considering candidates requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Code of Ethics: Adherence to a Code of Ethics related to personal and business conduct, as well as personal trading activities, is required for this role.
