  • Educate and Advise: Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance choices and help them select the right products and services.
  • Grow and Develop: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate insurance solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven sales experience is required (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Licenses: Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health licenses, are required for states we are licensed in (GA, AL, TN, FL, SC).
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), high energy, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Characteristics: Must be a self-starter with integrity and a strong work ethic. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Education: An Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.

  • Remote Work: This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, though candidates must reside in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, or South Carolina.
  • Flexibility: Some travel and irregular working hours may be required.
