Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. Our organization is a leading global advocate for the cleaning industry, with a commitment to elevating the perception of cleaning worldwide. We represent a diverse array of businesses and professionals, from manufacturers to service providers.

In this role, your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with prospects, current customers, and members. You’ll act as a solutions provider, qualifying leads and utilizing our Sales Force platform to manage the sales process and enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize and maintain our CRM tool to track leads and sales activities effectively.
  • Promote our membership, educational, and certification programs by understanding and addressing customers’ needs.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales pipeline to closure.
  • Recommend new product ideas based on customers’ needs and market trends.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets with a results-driven approach.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Attend industry events and tradeshows to generate leads and stay informed about market developments.
  • Assist in managing and leveraging our reseller sales channel to maximize revenue.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Keen eye for details to ensure accuracy in sales processes and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in both office and remote settings.
  • Experience with CRM and/or AMS software, as well as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • An Associate’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in sales, customer service, or account management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with trade associations or similar not-for-profit environments.
  • Knowledge of the cleaning, facilities management, and/or restoration industry.

Salary Information

  • Annual Salary: \(80,000 - \)90,000
