Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the support system.
  • Provide clear and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on product features and usage best practices.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care throughout the support process.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with consumer technology and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
