Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Estonian-speaking customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
