As an acquisition program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an acquisition program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our DoD client. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources and regular interactions with customers. You Have:  

  • Experience in preparing and reviewing acquisition documentation in support of milestone reviews in accordance with DoDI 5000 and DoDD 5000 series and in compliance with all Army Regulation (AR) and Department of Army Pamphlets that pertain to the Army Acquisition Processes

  • Experience in providing support for new requirements documentation development, such as Initial Capabilities Document (ICD), Capabilities Development Document (CDD), and Capabilities Product Document (CPD)

  • Experience in preparing and staffing Acquisition Program Baseline (APB)

  • Experience in tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the status of acquisition documentation and execution against the APB

  • Experience in providing program management support for acquisition cycle planning and execution, including preparing documentation and inputs for Milestone Decision Reviews (MDRs), advising on program acquisition path and strategy, drafting documents needed in support of acquisition decisions, and coordinating staff acquisition documents for signature

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), O6 Project Manager (PM), or O5 Product Manager (PdM), or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), O6 Project Manager (PM), or O5 Product Manager (PdM)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
